Yes, we offer professional assembly and white-glove delivery services for customers within the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Please contact our support team to schedule your installation.
What is your return policy on accessories and grills?
Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Due to the nature of the product, grills that have been fired or used cannot be returned. Freight returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do products purchased from Atlanta Grill Co. include a warranty?
All our products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer for brands like Kamado Joe, Big Green Egg, and Traeger, we assist our customers in navigating any warranty claims.
Do you ship heavy items like charcoal and pellets?
We do ship fuel and heavy accessories nationwide. Flat-rate shipping is available for most fuel orders, and we offer bulk discounts for pallet-sized orders of charcoal or wood pellets.
How can I track my freight delivery?
Once your grill leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For residential freight deliveries, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
